Fix common issues when pairing the player to a screen.

Having trouble pairing? Try these fixes. QR Code not scanning: • Ensure the TV screen is clean and bright • Hold the scanning device steady and close enough • Try increasing TV brightness • Use Screen Key pairing as an alternative Screen Key not accepted: • Double-check the key for typos • Keys are case-sensitive • Keys expire after some time — generate a new one • Make sure you are entering it for the correct screen Device paired but shows Offline: • Check internet connection on the TV • Ensure the Signmitra Player app is running • Restart the player app • Restart the TV device • Check if your subscription is active Still not working? Create a support ticket with your screen name and device model.
