How Support PIN Works
Overview
The Support PIN system ensures secure remote assistance.
Flow:
1. You generate a PIN from Support Home
2. Share the PIN with support via ticket or chat
3. Support enters the PIN to access your account
4. A support session starts with limited permissions
5. All actions are logged and auditable
6. The session expires after 30 minutes or when manually ended
7. PIN is invalidated after use
Permissions during support mode:
• Can view slides, playlists, screens, devices
• Can troubleshoot configuration
• CANNOT access billing or payment data
• CANNOT delete your account
• CANNOT change your password
You can revoke access at any time.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I revoke a Support PIN?
The PIN expires automatically. You can also end the support session from the Support Home page.
