Create a Support Ticket
Overview
Create a ticket when self-service docs don't resolve your issue.
Steps:
1. Go to Support Home
2. Click "Create Ticket" or "New Ticket"
3. Select a category (Device Setup, Playlist, Media Upload, etc.)
4. Set priority (Low, Medium, High, Urgent)
5. Enter subject and description
6. Attach screenshots if helpful
7. Submit
The support team will respond via the ticket system. You'll receive a notification when there's a reply.
