Unpair or Remove a Device
Overview
Remove a paired device when replacing hardware or troubleshooting.
Steps:
1. Go to Devices Manager from the sidebar
2. Find the device you want to remove
3. Click "Unpair" or the delete icon
4. Confirm the action
The screen will show "Offline" after unpairing. You can pair a new device to the same screen immediately.
Note: Unpairing does not delete the screen — only the device link is removed.

Yes, unpair the device first, then create or select a new screen and pair the device to it.
