Understand what happens to uploads, screens, and storage when plans expire.
Overview
Signmitra has a clear policy for subscription lifecycle.
After subscription expiry:
1. Screens go offline (player stops syncing new content)
2. Dashboard access becomes restricted
3. Data is preserved during the grace period
4. Storage uploads are disabled
Grace period behavior:
• Your slides, playlists, and media are NOT deleted immediately
• You can renew during grace to restore everything
• After grace period ends, the system may clean up unused data
Storage policy:
• Storage quota is tied to your plan
• Additional purchased storage remains active until its own expiry
• If extra storage is not renewed, files exceeding the base quota may be flagged
Frequently Asked Questions
Will Signmitra delete my files immediately after expiry?
No. Your data is preserved during the grace period. Renew within the grace period to keep everything.
