Overview

Content taking too long to appear on screen? Causes: • Large video files • Slow internet on the player device • Many slides with high-resolution images Fixes: • Optimize media: Compress images, reduce video bitrate • Use Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi for the TV • Reduce playlist size (fewer slides per playlist) • Check internet speed: Run a speed test on the TV • Move Wi-Fi router closer to the device Ideal: 10+ Mbps download speed on the player device.
