Overview
Screen statuses help you understand the current condition of a device.
• Online – Device is connected and playing content normally
• Offline – Device is not sending heartbeat (power off, internet issue, or app closed)
• Syncing – Device is downloading new content after a playlist change
• Updating – Player app is updating to a newer version
• Inactive – Screen has been manually deactivated
Check the "Last Seen" timestamp to understand when the device last communicated.
